Is your SIL evidence ready?

Many SIL applications are delayed or knocked back because of missing information, unclear reports or details that don’t quite line up. It doesn’t always mean the support isn’t needed. We can help you understand where your application stands and identify any gaps before you submit it.

You know they need the support. The NDIA needs to see it on paper.

You’ve gathered reports from the OT, GP and support coordinator, but how do you know they tell the full story? It’s not always clear what the NDIA needs to see, or whether the reports clearly explain the support your loved one needs.

When important details are missing or reports don’t quite line up, the process can be delayed, leaving you feeling like you’re back at square one.

Questions before you book?

Can you write reports for us?

No. We review the reports you already have and explain what may need adding or clarifying. Your OT, GP and other professionals write the reports.

Do you contact the NDIA for us?

No. We don’t contact the NDIA, your provider or your professionals. You stay in control of what gets sent.

What if our evidence is already strong?

Then your scorecard will tell you so. The NDIA still makes the final decision, but you’ll know you’re sending your best evidence.

How are our documents kept private?

You upload them securely after you book. They’re used only for your review and deleted 90 days after your report is sent. See our privacy policy for details.

Still have a question? Send a message and Kate will reply by email. Please don’t include health details or reports here.
