Privacy policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Foundation Supports is a business name of Kindred Living (ABN 30 669 591 379). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Foundation Supports. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address, and the name of the person you're helping

  • Documents you send for a SIL Evidence Review, such as therapy reports, medical letters, behaviour support plans and NDIS plans. These contain health and disability information, which the law treats as sensitive

  • Payment records. Card payments are processed by Squarespace Payments, and we never see or store your full card number

The free SIL Readiness Check does not collect anything. Your answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to deliver the service you asked for, reply to you, send invoices and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or share it with SIL providers.

Consent

We only collect sensitive information with your consent. By sending documents for a review, you confirm you have the right to share them, including permission from the person they're about where needed.

How we store it

You send documents to us by email after you book. They stay in our business email account, which is protected by a password and two-step sign-in. Our email provider may store data outside Australia. Only Kate, the person delivering your service, can access them. Please only email the documents needed for your review.

How long we keep it

We delete review documents, including the emails they were sent in, 90 days after we deliver your scorecard. We keep invoices and basic contact records for 5 years to meet tax law. You can ask us to delete your documents sooner.

Who we share it with

No one, unless you ask us to or the law requires it. Squarespace Payments processes card payments under its own privacy policy, and our bookkeeper or accountant may see payment records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email admin@foundationsupportsco.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first. If we can't fix it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
