Terms of service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms apply to the SIL Evidence Review and the free SIL Readiness Check offered by Foundation Supports, a business name of Kindred Living (ABN 30 669 591 379). By paying for a review, you agree to these terms.
1. What the review includes
For $295 (including GST), we will:
read the documents you send against what the NDIA asks for when deciding home and living supports
send you a written scorecard by email showing what’s strong, what may be missing, where reports don’t quite line up, and practical steps to address any gaps
answer one round of follow-up questions by email
The review covers one participant and one set of documents. Reviewing new or updated documents later is a new review.
2. What the review is not
The review is general information to help you prepare evidence. It is not legal, medical or clinical advice, and it is not support coordination or advocacy. We don't contact the NDIA, therapists or providers for you.
3. No guaranteed outcome
The NDIA makes all funding decisions. We can't guarantee that SIL or any other support will be approved, or at what level.
4. Payment
You pay when you book the review on our website, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our payment provider, Squarespace Payments. You'll receive a receipt by email, and a tax invoice on request. Payment is due before we start. This service is paid privately and is not billed to an NDIS plan.
5. Turnaround
We aim to deliver your scorecard within 5 business days of receiving payment and all your documents. We'll tell you straight away if we expect a delay.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancel before we start reading your documents: full refund
Once your scorecard is delivered: no refund for change of mind
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service isn't delivered with due care and skill, you're entitled to a remedy.
7. Your documents
Please email your documents to admin@foundationsupportsco.com.au after you book. You confirm you have the right to share the documents you send, including consent from the person they're about where needed. How we store and delete them is set out in our privacy policy.
8. The free SIL Readiness Check
The check gives a general score based on your own answers. It doesn't review your documents and can't predict an NDIA decision. Your answers aren't stored or sent to us.
9. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a review is limited to the fee you paid for it.
10. Contact
